Position Overview

You'll drive pipeline generation as a hybrid SDR and GTM systems builder in the fast-growing EOR space. You'll book 3+ qualified meetings daily with global expansion decision-makers while building scalable outbound systems from the ground up. This role offers direct exposure to international markets and the opportunity to shape GTM processes in a 20-person startup environment with high autonomy and fast-track career growth potential.

Role & Responsibilities

• Book 3+ qualified meetings daily with founders, HR heads, and CFOs expanding globally

• Build and optimize scalable outbound sequences using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling

• Develop trigger-based prospecting workflows for companies hiring internationally without entities

• Create personalized outreach campaigns targeting specific geographies and compliance pain points

• Build and maintain lead sourcing systems using Apollo, Sales Navigator, and automation tools

• Research and qualify prospects based on hiring patterns, geographic expansion signals, and compliance needs

• Collaborate with sales team to optimize conversion rates and deal quality metrics

Must Have Criteria

• 3+ years of SDR experience in EOR, payroll, HRTech, or global hiring solutions

• Proven track record of consistently booking 20+ qualified meetings per month

• Experience with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools like Zapier or Clay

• Deep understanding of EOR buyer personas: founders expanding globally, HR heads scaling remote teams, CFOs managing compliance

• Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequence building

• Strong pipeline metrics focus: conversion rates, deal size, and revenue influence over activity metrics

• Experience selling to US, EU, or APAC markets with understanding of international hiring challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience building outbound systems from zero in startup environments

• Background in trigger-based selling using hiring signals and company expansion events

• Basic automation skills with tools like Clay, Outreach.io, or SalesLoft

• Experience with data enrichment and lead scoring methodologies
