Your Role

Lead end‑to‑end Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion ADM service delivery for large enterprise accounts.
Ownclient-facing SDM responsibilities including SLAs, KPIs, governance, and stakeholder management.
Managemulti‑location delivery teams ensuring operational excellence and continuous service improvement.
DriveAI‑led automation, innovation, and productivity improvements within Oracle AMS engagements.
Ensure strongfinancial management-forecasting, budgeting, margin control, and account growth.

Your Profile

18-20 years IT experience with 10+ years as SDM/Project Manager in Oracle ADM engagements.
Deep expertise inOracle Fusion (HCM, Finance, SCM, PPM, EPM) and Oracle EBS, including integrations and PaaS extensions.
Strong experience inStaffing domain and complex enterprise application landscapes.
Proven leadership inSLA‑driven AMS delivery, large teams, and multi‑vendor environments.
Working knowledge ofAgile, DevOps, and metrics‑driven continuous improvement.
