SDM-IOA Delivery

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SDM-IOA Delivery with 10 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a strong understanding of Auto - Compliance and Risk Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires working night shifts with no travel involved.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of services in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Ensure the seamless integration of MS Office tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize processes related to Auto
• Compliance and Risk to mitigate potential issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline Auto
• Claims processes ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Implement strategies to improve Property & Casualty Insurance operations focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions that address complex challenges in the insurance domain.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on the application of MS Office tools to support project objectives and deliverables.
