Job Summary

The SDM-IOA Delivery role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in MS Office Web Components and Changes/Endorsements domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during night shifts contributing to impactful projects that enhance company operations and societal benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of MS Office Web Components to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of Changes and Endorsements ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical solutions leveraging MS Office Web Components to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to track project milestones and outcomes.
