Role Overview:

As an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test), you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks with a strong focus on API testing and AI-driven systems. You'll work on cutting-edge initiatives involving Conversational AI, NLP, and intelligent automation platforms to modernize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable API automation frameworks

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end test strategy and execution

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for APIs and AI systems

• Validate AI/ML-based systems, including conversational and NLP-driven workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, Product, Ops)

• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and ensure high-quality deliverables

• Drive test automation best practices and continuous improvement

• Independently manage testing activities and stakeholder communication

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as SDET / Test Engineer / Test Lead

• Expertise in API Testing & Automation (REST, JSON, tools like Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Java/Python preferred)

• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, NLP, or Conversational AI testing

• Experience with IVR / voice-based application testing

• Familiarity with AI Cloud platforms

• Understanding of handling dynamic inputs and prompt-based validations

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Self-driven and proactive mindset

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Project Context:

• Work on AI-driven automation initiatives aimed at modernizing inspection and scheduling systems

• Replace manual processes with intelligent conversational solutions using NLP and AI
