Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer in Test Trainer located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and conducting training sessions to equip participants with software testing skills. The role involves creating technical course materials, preparing hands-on coding exercises, and mentoring trainees to advance their understanding of software development principles. The Software Engineer in Test Trainer will also assist in providing technical consultation and keeping the course curriculum up to date with the latest industry trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and fundamentals
- Experience in Back-End Web Development
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
- In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering training sessions
- Proficiency with tools and frameworks commonly used in software testing is beneficial
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
