Job Description

Ensure delivery of high-quality software products through effective testing strategies and automation.
Work closely with development and product teams to identify defects early and improve overall product quality.
Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Design and implement automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools.
Analyze test results, identify defect patterns, and recommend quality and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure testing activities comply with industry standards and QA best practices.

Required Qualifications

36 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance roles.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC processes.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks using Java or Python.
Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments while meeting project deadlines.
