Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with 57 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation, and a solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, scripting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using and Selenium.

Perform manual testing when needed for exploratory, regression, and functional tests.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand features and technical implementations.

Develop robust test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure defects are clearly documented and resolved.

Participate in code reviews for test scripts and contribute to QA best practices.

Mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Software Testing (manual + automation).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Playwright automation, including framework setup. (API + UI)
• Proven experience with Selenium
• Good knowledge in Java/ Javascript
• Proficiency in in-sprint automation
• Experience with CI/CD integration.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor.
• Strong skills in test strategy and test case preparation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus (can be learned on the job).
• Flexible to work in US Time zone
