Job Description
QA Manager
The experience range will be between 13 to 16 Years and the JD as received is as below.
- Experience of working in Capital Market Domain (Having Reg Experience is a strong advantage if possess) .
- Lead QA strategy and execution across multiple programs/products, ensuring consistent quality standards, governance, and predictable releases.
- Drive an Automation-First approach, building scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, mobile, and regression testing.
- Own end-to-end quality engineering practices, including test strategy, planning, risk management, defect governance, and release readiness.
- Establish and track QA metrics/KPIs, automation coverage, defect leakage, test effectiveness, and continuous quality improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple QA teams/Squads, collaborating closely with Engineering, Business and Program Management stakeholders.
Person having Strong Stakeholder Management with senior folks i.e Tech Exec, Engineering Managers, RTE's
