Mandatory Technical Skills

• Java 17 – Strong hands-on coding and development expertise.

• Selenium WebDriver – Strong experience in web automation.

• Automation Testing – Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Postman – Hands-on API testing experience.

• Rest Assured – Strong experience in REST API automation.

• API Testing – Functional, integration, and end-to-end API testing.

• Web Application Testing – Strong understanding of web application testing methodologies.

• Functional Testing

• Regression Testing • Dynamic Testing

• Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an SDET Lead / Automation Lead / QA Lead role.

• Strong technical leadership and team-handling capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to review code and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Ability to drive testing initiatives independently and take ownership of deliverables.

• Strong collaboration skills with development, product, and business teams.
