SDET Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Actively own and manage automation frameworks, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools and processes into the software development lifecycle.
• Apply sound software engineering principles to develop robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize full stack applications, working across front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
• Implement and advocate DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring solutions.
• Utilize Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Continuously assess, improve, and automate operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, proficient in front-end and back-end development.
• Expertise in DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including observability, monitoring, and incident management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern development practices such as Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and training materials.
• Certification in DevOps or SRE-related disciplines is a plus.
