What You Will Do
- Design & Build Automation Frameworks: Architect and maintain end-to-end automated testing frameworks across web, mobile, API, and backend layers.
- Own Testing in the SDLC: Embed testing early in development cycles from unit, integration, to e2e testing aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
- Fullstack Automation: Write testable, maintainable code across front-end, back-end, and database systems.
- Quality by Design: Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to shape test strategies from feature inception to production monitoring.
- Technical Excellence: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement robust performance testing and optimization solutions.
- Tooling and Innovation: Research, recommend, and implement new tools or frameworks to evolve the QA and DevOps practices.
- Culture of Craftsmanship: Be an internal advocate for quality engineering, code reviews, testing standards, and best practices.
Skills And Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, QA Automation Engineer, or SDET.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, including understanding typing, interfaces, and generic functions.
- Expertise in building test frameworks with tools like Playwright, Jest, and integrating them into CI/CD.
- Deep understanding of functional programming principles and writing pure, maintainable code.
- Experience with React or React Native (hooks, performance optimization, etc).
- Experience with any backend framework (Node.js, Express, etc) and SQL databases.
- Ability to design scalable tests for APIs, UIs, microservices, and database interactions.
- Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, Apollo, RabbitMQ, Docker, Terraform, or microservice architecture.
- Agile mindset with strong communication skills, critical thinking, and ownership mentality.
- Fluent in English.
