Role Overview
We are hiring experienced SDET professionals with strong expertise in Java-based automation frameworks, API testing, and Python scripting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building scalable test automation solutions and ensuring high-quality software delivery across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java
- Develop and execute API automation test scripts using Python and relevant tools
- Perform end-to-end testing across web services and backend systems
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and quality
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Continuously improve test strategies, frameworks, and processes
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Java
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing frameworks (Selenium / TestNG / JUnit)
- Experience in API Testing (REST, SOAP)
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation/testing
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with version control tools (Git)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good to Have Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
