Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop project quality goals, test strategy, test plan, and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers.
  • Identify and implement the required testing and coverage metrics.
  • Design automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality, performance, and scalability of the system.
  • Design, implement, enhance, and maintain test cases corresponding to various product areas.
  • Build and mentor team members.
  • Analyze test results and work with the engineering team to resolve issues.
  • Ensure code test coverage meets standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of testing and automation experience.
  • Experience in leading the testing practice and writing exhaustive test plans and test cases and automating test cases and test result analysis.
  • Experience in building frameworks and executing automated and performance tests for REST-based services.
  • Experience with test automation tools Selenium and Appium or others.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross-functions.
