Job Description

Requirements

  • QA Automation Engineer (2–4 years)

Must Have:

  • - 2–4 years in software testing and test automation
  • - Hands-on with Playwright (preferred) or Selenium/WebDriver
  • - Programming in JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript), Python, or C#
  • - Manual testing: test plans, test cases, bug reporting
  • - CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
  • - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • - Version control with Git; experience participating in code reviews
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
  • - Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • - Testing third-party integrations and API automation
  • - Performance testing using JMeter, k6, or similar
  • - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • - Docker and Kubernetes
  • - Experience improving automation coverage and reducing flaky tests

Exclude (do not match):

  • - Manual-only testers without automation experience
  • - Senior/Lead/Manager candidates (6+ years experience)
  • - Mobile-only QA (Appium focus, no web/API automation)
  • - Developers with no QA/testing focus

Boost (higher fit if present):

  • - Built and maintained automation frameworks
  • - Integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • - Increased automation coverage or reduced flaky tests
  • - Provided testability feedback in code reviews
