Requirements
- B. E. /B. Tech, MCA, or M. E. /M. Tech graduate with 3-6 years of experience and 3+ years of experience in test automation with frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e. g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC/STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with API testing, SQL/database validation, and defect management tools.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration and team player skills.
- Ability to share and communicate ideas effectively to technical and product teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to ever-changing project requirements.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior testers is a plus.
- Exposure to performance, security, cloud, or AI/ML testing is desirable.
