Job Description

Responsibilities

Own product quality for Kubernetes, storage, and virtualization environments.
Develop test strategies, test plans, and automation suites.
Build and maintain automation frameworks using Golang and Python.
Test high availability, disaster recovery, upgrades, scalability, and failure scenarios.
Identify testing gaps and improve product quality.
Troubleshoot complex system issues with development and QA teams.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and mentor engineers.

Requirements

Experience in software testing/SDET, preferably in distributed systems or infrastructure.
Strong programming skills in Golang (preferred) and Python.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Linux.
Knowledge of enterprise storage, persistent storage, and CSI.
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, KubeVirt, or OpenShift Virtualization.
Experience building automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE, and public cloud platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
Strong debugging, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
