Description

We are seeking an experienced SDET Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing processes, developing test plans and test cases, and executing tests to ensure high-quality software products. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated testing processes and strategies
Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Create and maintain test plans and test cases
Execute tests and analyze results to identify and report issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Provide input on product design and development to ensure testability
Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
Research new testing tools and methodologies and recommend improvements to existing processes

Skills and Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation testing
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
