SDET 2 - Performance Engineer

Key Deliverables

• Design and execute performance test plans for complex systems
• Develop scripts and mock services in Python or Go for service-level testing
• Set up alerting, monitoring, and reliability matrices across services
• Provide actionable insights through detailed performance reports and system analysis

Role Responsibilities

• Lead debugging and resolution of memory leaks, bottlenecks, and connection issues
• Conduct system resource analysis under various test loads
• Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate performance results and improvements
