Responsibilities

Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, scenarios, and test data for new and existing features.
Contribute to ensuring the quality of web-based e-commerce applications through functional and regression testing.
Log defects, create QA reports, and track issues based on test cycle outcomes.
Work closely with developers and senior QA members to validate fixes and participate in release testing.
Provide timely feedback to developers and product managers based on testing observations.
Perform front-end testing of web applications across browsers and devices.
Write basic SQL/NoSQL queries for data validation and support database testing activities.
Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools is a plus and willingness to learn such tools is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
1.5-2 Years of Experience in QA/SDET
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of web-based testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress JS).
Experience using project tracking tools such as JIRA.
Basic understanding of version control systems like Git is a plus.
Good understanding of manual testing concepts and basic QA process metrics.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand requirements and user flows.
Basic working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Exposure to AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim) is an added advantage.
Interest in workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Lindy) and willingness to explore automation is a plus.
