Backend Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced backend developer at VOLT (more on VOLT below). We are looking for someone who can be super agile, move fast and have an eye for detail, ready to take E2E ownership and obsess over customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and scaling web services, architecting low level design and experience in entity design.

Qualifications
Requirements
- 3-5 year(s) experience in core software development. Experience with Java and Spring boot would be an advantage.
- Must have experience with product development and should have contributed to development of at least 1 customer facing applications.
- Advanced level of understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Server Frameworks (Spring/NodeJs), Databases, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Google Cloud).
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, ORM technologies, and common web frameworks.
- Deep Knowledge of Web protocols like HTTP, REST, AJAX
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
