SDE2 - Mobile Hybrid Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SDE-2 Mobile Hybrid Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in native Android development and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance hybrid mobile applications. This role requires both technical depth and collaboration skills to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

1. Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) using hybrid frameworks (React Native/ Flutter).
2. Apply prior Android experience to ensure smooth platform-specific integration and compliance with Android best practices.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation and unit tests.
5. Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
6. Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, third-party SDKs, and native modules.
7. Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with platform guidelines.
8. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices.
9. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

1. 35 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
2. Foundational experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and proven expertise in hybrid frameworks React Native/Flutter).
3. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart, mobile UI frameworks, and responsive design.
4. Experience with native modules and platform-specific development.
5. Strong understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX/GetX, Riverpod).
6. Experience in integrating APIs, push notifications, deep linking, and authentication flows.
7. Familiarity with app distribution, CI/CD pipelines, and app store deployment processes.
8. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
9. Knowledge of version control (Git), agile methodologies, and collaborative development.

Good to have Skills

1. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and backend integrations.
2. Understanding of modular architecture and design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
3. Experience migrating Android/iOS apps to hybrid or integrating hybrid modules into existing native apps.
4. Prior experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to system design discussions.
