SDE + Technical Instructor

Role Overview:

The Instructor will design and deliver backend-focused computer science courses, manage labs, and mentor students. This role requires technical expertise, hands-on software development experience, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• Strong understanding of Python and ability to learn new languages quickly
• Hands-on experience in Backend Development
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to students
• Ability to pick up and teach core CS subjects (Networks, Databases, Server-Side Programming, etc.)

Good-to-Have:

• Teaching experience at undergraduate or graduate level
• Familiarity with teaching methodologies and academic tools
