Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management
- Analyze and resolve production incidents for core business applications.
- Collaborate directly with business teams and users for issue resolution.
SQL Development & Optimization
- Write, test, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Perform query performance tuning and troubleshoot database-related issues.
Documentation & Process Compliance
- Create and maintain documentation as per defined delivery processes.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and support processes.
Application Support & Collaboration
- Monitor application stability and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and support business operations.
