Key Responsibilities :
- Course Development & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lectures and practical
sessions in Frontend Topics like JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, React Native, etc.
- Lab Management: Conduct and manage lab sessions to provide students with hands-on
coding experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with faculty members, researchers, and
industry partners to enhance the curriculum.
- Academic Excellence & Student Success: Mentor students, assist with project work, and
ensure academic growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with university administrators and Newton
School representatives to drive innovation.
- Research & Innovation: Encourage students to engage in cutting-edge research and
industry collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience as a Software Developer with a focus on Frontend
Development.
- Proficiency in JS, CSS, React.js, and Angular (must be comfortable picking up new
languages quickly).
- Solid understanding of Frontend Development concepts, including experience with User
interface, performance optimization, and modern frameworks.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to students.
- Adaptability to learn and teach core computer science topics.
Good-to-Have:
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and academic tools
- Experience in software development and system design.
