SDE III – Full Stack Developer

Role Overview 

We are looking for a highly driven, product-focused SDE-III (Full Stack Developer) with strong expertise in the MERN Stack and hands-on experience with Python-based AI integrations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, integrating AI/LLM systems, and contributing across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud deployment, and system architecture.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build modern AI-enabled products that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Python.
• Integrate AI/LLM solutions such as OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows into products.
• Work on database design, optimisation, and scalable architecture using MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Build secure REST APIs and integrate third-party platforms/services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimise applications for speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, full-stack systems, and modern web development.

Required Skills:

Full Stack Development

1. Strong proficiency in:

• React.js
• Next.js
• Node.js
• Express.js
• MongoDB

2. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component systems, and state management.

3. Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend microservices.

4. Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time systems.

5. Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).

6. Understanding of system design and scalable architecture patterns.

Python + AI Integration

1. Strong Python programming skills.

2. Experience integrating:

• OpenAI APIs / AWS Bedrock
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• RAG pipelines
• AI agents/workflows
• Vector databases

3. Understanding of prompt engineering and AI application architecture.

4. Experience building AI-powered automation systems is a strong plus.

Cloud & DevOps

1. Experience with:

• AWS - EC2
• Docker
• GitHub Actions / CI-CD
• NGINX deployment

2. Understanding of scalable deployment and production environments.

Additional Expectations

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Product-thinking mindset with focus on user experience and business impact.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup/product environments preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to MLOps or AI deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
