Key Deliverables

• Research, design, and build highly reliable, available, and scalable platforms with complete ownership of assigned services.
• Provide technical leadership, identifying and defining appropriate system abstractions and capabilities for current and future product needs.
• Lead by example, mentor, and guide team members on structured problem-solving and best development practices.
• Chalk out and implement the technical vision, technology roadmap, and business goals for the team.
• Architect and design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions in an agile environment.
• Drive exceptional performance and collaborate effectively with other teams on complex interfaces amidst evolving organizational activities.

Essential Requirements

• Total experience of 8+ years in software development.
• Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in highly scalable and available setups.
• Expertise in highly transactional, large relational, and complex systems.
• Strong object-oriented design skills with an ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.
• Superior management skills for multi-engineer projects and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.tech (or an equivalent degree) in Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technologies such as Spark, Storm, Elastic Search, HBase, Redis, Aerospike, Couchbase, Solr, ClickHouse, Druid, Kafka, Hadoop, Debezium, Jaeger, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Adtech or Shopping Experience Platform (SXP) domains.
