We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer with strong backend expertise in Java, Python, or Golang to build scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex, high-impact systems and contributing to architecture and system design in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. - Participate in system design and architecture discussions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps). - Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews. - Contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices. Requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in Java / Python / Golang (any one). - Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Experience with system design and scalable architectures. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL). Preferred Skills: - Experience with Spring Boot / Django / Go frameworks. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in product-based or high-growth environments.
