SDE - 2 - Backend

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Golang.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable production code.
• Solve complex problems using data structures and algorithms.
• Own features and backend modules end-to-end.
• Debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Improve system scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Make effective technical decisions and manage trade-offs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

Requirements

• Backend engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building APIs, services, and backend systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Understanding of scalability, system failures, and edge cases.
