Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer with 2-3 years of experience in either Java or Python to join our dynamic team. Would be working on impacting 100 million dollar ad spends on Meta / Google / Amazon.
Software Development
Roles & Responsibilities :- Design, code, test, and debug software applications in Java or Python.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define software requirements.
- Coding and Programming:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Technology Stack:
- Work with Java or Python and related technologies.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django) is a plus.
- Database Management:
- Develop and maintain database schemas and queries
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is desirable.
- Testing:
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address defects.
- Version Control:
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code repositories.
- Agile Development:
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software components.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to learn new languages and technologies as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java or Python.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django) is a plus.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL or NoSQL technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions.
