Roles & Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code written by peers, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems, APIs, and libraries.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and explore opportunities for innovation in the insurance technology space.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
