Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build cross-platform applications that deliver consistent performance across iOS and Android.
- Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI with smooth animations.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time and backend communication.
- Implement and manage application architecture using state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or GetX.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications to improve performance, stability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Ensure compliance with App Store and Play Store guidelines during app deployment and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
- Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Experience with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Messaging.
- Familiarity with native development tools such as Xcode and Android Studio.
Proficiency in Git version control (GitHub/GitLab).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
