SDE - 1 - DevOps

Dream11 is seeking a talented SDE - 1 - DevOps to join our team. If you have relevant experience, are proficient in scripting, and have a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, you'll play a key role in building scalable, automated, and secure environments.

Your Role

• Deploy solid, resilient Cloud Architectures by writing Infrastructure as Code automation tools.
• Design and implement the services and tools needed to manage and scale a service-oriented architecture, including service discovery, config managers, container orchestration, and more.
• Build self-serve infrastructure automation and optimize deployment workflows at scale.
• Build and maintain a Compute Orchestration Platform using EC2 and GCE as the foundation.
• Develop and support tools for infrastructure, and evangelize best practices to be used by other engineers.
• Write code to implement networking and security at scale.
• Mentor and support engineers regarding development, concepts, and best practices.

Must-Haves

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with at least one scripting language (Python or Bash).
• Strong Infrastructure fundamentals (preferably on AWS and GCP).
• Experience in containers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (GKE/EKS).

Good-to-Haves

• Experience with implementing CI and CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Github Actions.
• Experience using monitoring solutions like DataDog/NewRelic, CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible.
• AWS, GCP, Azure certification(s) is a plus.
• Previous experience of working in a startup.
