Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot VeloCloud (VMware SD-WAN) solutions
- Manage and support MPLS, VRF, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP routing protocols
- Deploy and troubleshoot VPN / DMVPN solutions
- Configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches
- Implement and optimize QoS (traffic policing, classification, queuing)
- Support WAN/LAN architecture and TCP/IP networking
- Work with OEM vendors and service providers for issue resolution
- Handle customer interactions and provide technical support
