Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of strong consulting experience, delivering both advisory and implementation services in senior roles.
In-depth understanding of how and why to configure the SD organizational structure, including sales organization, distribution channel, division, plant, and sales office.
Deep expertise in SD master data such as Business Partner (Customer) and Material Master, along with strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing and pricing conditions, outbound deliveries, shipping, billing types and functions, and determination rules.
Strong process knowledge of standard Order-to-Cash cycles for various sales order types, including Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order, with a solid understanding of Availability Check, Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Condition Contracts.
Demonstrated solution expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (Cloud or On-Premises).
Proven experience integrating SD with other modules such as MM, CS, FICO, PP, and PM, as well as external applications
SAP Professional with strong proficiency in S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes, with hands-on experience in configuring S/4HANA SD functionalities, organizational structures, and master data.
Ability to evaluate business scenarios and recommend suitable solutions for implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
Prepare functional specifications, guide developers on technical objects, and support testing activities.
In addition to delivery responsibilities, you will stay updated on the latest developments in the SAP SD space and provide thought leadership to clients.
This role includes both implementation and support across SAP and integrated systems.
Design scalable, high-performance, and reusable solutions to meet business requirements.
Share knowledge proactively and participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions.
Provide knowledge transfer to Production Support teams post go-live.
Respond effectively to issue escalations and urgent requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure successful SAP project delivery.
Work in alignment with project management methodologies and documentation standards.
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams across Functional, ABAP, Basis, and Security areas during design, implementation, and support.
Coordinate with SAP through the Service Marketplace to report product gaps and issues.
Continuously learn and adopt new SAP technologies as they are introduced.
Develop new programs for project requirements and contribute to SAP initiatives.
