Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our FinTech team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading Agile teams and driving project success through effective facilitation and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Coach and guide teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is prioritized and clearly defined.
  • Measure and report on team performance metrics to help drive improvement and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
  • Experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
