Scrum Master

We are looking for a top notch Scrum Manager to join our team. This opportunity calls for a dynamic professional who has a passion for technology and working closely with clients. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track of working closely with client stakeholders and comes from a strong technology background and delivering complex technology programs.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of experience in Scrum master role, with Scrum master certification a must

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Experience in e-commerce domain

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field

Job Description

Working with Digital engineering Creating new digital Products End to End, leveraging data and technology to produce improvements to applications.

E-Commerce system is a fast developing segment, therefore the position requires strong understanding & experience in the area.

Experience in working in an Agile SDLC environment with geographically dispersed teams and delivering quality software via incremental releases.

Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Must have good experience of various estimations methods used in Agile SDLC.

Should have sufficient understanding of different technologies to be able to facilitate any technical discussion about any technical approach or framework.

Knowledge and/or experience of Kanban

Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn down technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).

Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner.

E-Commerce Domain experience is must.

Pl note: We are looking for applicants who are willing to work from our office in Bangalore/client office in Bangalore 4 days in a week.
