Scrum Master/ TPM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
• Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders through regular meetings and progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks or obstacles that could impact project timelines or quality.
