About the Role

The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will enable teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and improving team practices. You will partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items, align cross-functional dependencies, and ensure work flows smoothly through the delivery pipeline. Using Jira or Rally and Agile metrics, you will track velocity, predictability, and cycle time to surface risks early and drive informed decisions. As a coach, you will develop team capabilities in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles, encouraging self-organization and continuous improvement. Essential Skills & Technologyies

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, with demonstrated ability to apply frameworks to improve delivery outcomes and team auto
  • nomy.SAFe Agile experience and certification preferred, with ability to operate within program-level cadences and PI planning cont
  • exts.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all le
