Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams.
- Manage and maintain Scrum boards in tools like Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, or similar platforms.
- Prepare and maintain Excel dashboards for project tracking, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Work Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with Scrum boards and tools like Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, or similar.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP or PMI-ACP Certification Highly Preferred.
- Experience in software project management with a technical background Highly Preferred.
- Familiarity with AI / automation and advanced Excel dashboards - Highly Preferred
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Sprint Delivery Rate: % of sprints delivered on time without major scope creep.
- Velocity Tracking: Consistent improvement in team velocity across sprints.
- Burndown Chart Accuracy: Alignment of planned vs. actual progress.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measured through feedback and project health reports.
- Defect Leakage Rate: Reduction in defects post-release.
- Dashboard Accuracy & Timeliness: Quality and punctuality of Excel-based reports.
- Multi-Team Coordination Efficiency: Ability to manage dependencies across teams.
