Scrum Master

Hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with a minimum of 5 years experience in software delivery within large-scale IT projects

Demonstrated expertise as an Analyst Developer or Technical Analyst, including hands-on data modeling and solution design

Experience in large-scale IT development projects with a particular focus on Cloud technologies. Eg: Microsoft Azure, Data Lakes (ADLS), Spark SQL, Databricks(added advantage)

Strong skills in data analysis, including the ability to run complex SQL queries

Have a very good experience with Scrum (2 years) ideally working as a Scrum Master before

Have experience with the relevant tools e.g. GitLab, Confluence, Squash etc.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities, with a focus on delivering robust solutions to business challenges

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a global, cross-functional team

Flexible and resilient team player, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and initiative to drive projects forward

Business knowledge in compliance and risk management, with a keen interest in understanding the business context behind data and technology solutions
