• Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
• Identifies strengths and improvement areas and pushes team towards high performance by providing necessary coaching and development techniques
• To ensure Scrum practices and principles are followed by the team
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skill sets, and domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally
• To ensure project timelines are followed by the Scrum team and delivery stays in line with those timelines
• Keen eye to look at impediments and to call them out timely with necessary stakeholders to resolve them
• Works as a facilitator between Scrum Team, internal and external stakeholders to clear impediments
• Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role
• Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Acts as a servant leader who coaches and supports Agile teams and helps them deliver effectively
• Scrum or Agile Certifications preferred

Skills

• Should be an effective communicator (Oral & written)
• Should have good negotiation skills while dealing with different stakeholders
• Should be able to effectively facilitate discussions around technical and non-technical subjects
• Should have working experience in the different agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Safe Agile, etc..) and should be able to distinguish differences in them
• Well-versed at achieving Requirement's refinement, grooming, Story splitting, sizing, estimation, velocity monitoring, etc.
• Should have a proven record of acting as a problem solver while working with product management and delivery teams
• Should have a thorough working experience of varied technology platforms like TFS, Jira, GIT Hub/GitLab sort of open-source tools, etc.
