Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and best practices to improve team performance.
• Promote effective internal communication, collaboration, transparency, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and address new requests.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, risks, dependencies, and impediments that may affect team productivity or project delivery.
• Support teams in adopting and implementing organizational and process changes effectively.
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet established quality standards, acceptance criteria, and project requirements.
• Guide development teams toward greater Scrum maturity by promoting continuous improvement, self-organization, and Agile best practices.
