Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery.
- Enable collaboration across multiple teams in a scaled environment.
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, predictability, etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile maturity assessments.
- Ensure adherence to Agile values, best practices, and organizational governance standards.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Program Managers, and leadership in PI planning and cross-team coordination.
- Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and Scaled Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and dependencies in a scaled setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certifications : CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- Experience in large enterprise or product-based environments.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile at scale.
