Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Scrum Master role based in Bangalore Urban. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team follows Scrum principles and practices. Responsibilities include supporting the team in refining user stories, removing impediments, coordinating with stakeholders, and promoting continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with software developers, product owners, and project managers to maintain a clear product backlog, improve delivery predictability, and enhance communication across the team. The Scrum Master will also help foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and facilitate Agile events, including Sprint Planning and retrospectives, with strong Analytical Skills.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in defining, refining, and managing User Stories within a product backlog.
• Understanding of Software Development processes and life cycle, working closely with engineering teams.
• Relevant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in a technology or digital environment.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar Agile certification is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban and collaborate in multicultural, bilingual environments.

Experience:

2+ years as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role.
