What are my Job Responsibilities

  • As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for handling two to three Scrum teams and taking full ownership of the work being delivered.
  • Your role involves planning, driving, and supervising iteration work while ensuring they align with the encouraged timeline, quality criteria, and overall project scope.
  • Your role includes offering technical mentorship to help the development team close open topics, along with providing adhoc support beyond the scope of the architect and technical lead.
  • You are encouraged to coordinate with appropriate project collaborators at the accurate stages to ensure crucial decisions are made and required information is provided, allowing the Scrum team to progress on the product backlog without impediments.
  • Your role includes maintaining the Scrum team's field in following Scrum processes, including readiness checks, definition of done, and effective execution of sprint ceremonies.
  • You have to Support Project Manager in making informed project decisions for Project scope, quality and Risks by providing timely and accurate data.
  • You need to Provide back up to the Global Project Manager role.

You'll win us over by:

  • A degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc.
  • 810 years of total experience, including 56 years of strong, handson project management experience.
  • Sound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering processes.
  • Practical experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles, as well as DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • A background in software development would be an added advantage.
