Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and promote a healthy team dynamic.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development environments.
- Senior Scrum Master who can drive Business drive on the process and bring in Agile best practices. Should have experienced in multiple projects run as Scrum Mater.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM, Professional Scrum Master - PSM) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
