Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • As a SM you are supposed to liaise the team and the POCs and other stake holders.
  • You will be responsible for conducting the Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • You need to coach the team as and when needed Sprint backlog, planning etc. with Agile KPI measurements are a part of your job
  • You should be able to understand any problem functionally/technically so that the team can get unblocked by reaching to the right stakeholder.
  • You will be responsible for the commitment of the deliverables.
  • Should be able to be a facilitator for the team
  • Should be well versed with ServiceNow and governance
  • Should be able to bring out the KPIs for the sprint/release
  • Should be able to coordinate with leads and come out with the pre-PI plan for every quarter for the PI Planning

Required Skill Set:

  • Must have experience in being a SM for fully Agile projects for 3 years
  • Should understand the theory of Agile/Scrum and should be in practice
  • Should be well versed with Jira usage for Agile, confluence usage, Kanban Dashboards
  • The key is that they have to be good in ADO Board for managing scrums
  • Should have good knowledge and understanding of Telecom Domain.
