Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and Scrum values.
• Identify, remove, and escalate impediments that block team progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, user story splitting, estimation, and prioritization.
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, predictability, and quality indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement by fostering transparency, ownership, accountability, and team collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery across multiple Agile teams.
• Protect the team from scope creep and unnecessary disruptions during active sprints.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate Agile teams.
• Ability to monitor and analyze Agile metrics to improve team performance.
• Experience managing cross-functional team collaboration and dependency management.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
