Demonstrates expertise in at least two project management methodologies, capable of explaining them, teaching others how to use them, and helping other Project Managers implement them.
Adjusts methodologies and software development processes (e.g., CI/CD, API, Deployment, Release, Versioning, Libraries, Code Review, Unit Testing, Test Coverage, and Automated Tests) based on the project needs.
Understands the responsibilities and skills of the development team members (e.g., Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers) and evaluates if the team is equipped to deliver the project.
Collaborates with the development team to estimate complex projects.
Delivers specifications and business requirements for various project complexities.
Has a basic understanding of QA processes, including automated tests, testing frameworks, and types of tests.
Independently prepares reports and adapts them to the needs of the project.
Completes all paperwork related to compliance processes for each product release in a timely manner.

Acts as the primary point of contact to ensure the team is delivering on time.
Escalates any impediments or blockers impacting the team, well in advance of deliverables.
Formats and shares status reports in the requested format for the hiring manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a technical or animal health science-related field (Master's degree preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, PSPO, PMP are a plus.
Proficiency in at least 2 project management tools at an advanced level (e.g., Jira, Shortcut, Basecamp, Asana) and ability to teach others how to use them effectively.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
